there's no right way to need support. whether you're navigating a difficult season, experienced a difficult past, or simply want to better understand yourself, you're welcome here.
research shows that 75% of mental health concerns develop by your mid-20's, and nearly half develop before the age of 14.
at nourished mind, we promote proactive care by helping you understand triggers, restore balance, and build emotional resilience before symptoms become unmanageable. here's what you can expect as a client:
start by getting in touch. we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether nourished mind feels like the right fit.
your first session (aka intake) is an opportunity to get to know one another, talk about what brought you in, and begin to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported.
together, we'll explore your life story and areas of concerns, build practical tools, and work together towards the changes that matter most to you.
the goal is for what you discover in counseling to extend beyond the therapy room. We’re in this together to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped for everyday life.

nourished mind is a space I created with clients and community in mind. it's a place where you can feel comfortable showing up as your truest self. My approach is rooted in strength-based, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on collaboration, practical goals, and meeting you where you are in your journey. my goal is to create a space where we can work together toward meaningful change that extends beyond our time in therapy.
I received my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from minnesota state university moorhead in 2020 and am licensed to provide services in both minnesota and north dakota. throughout my counseling career, I have worked in intensive in-home, outpatient, and school-based settings, giving me the opportunity to support people through a wide range of experiences and stages of life. i offer both in-person and virtual services throughout the fargo-moorhead area and surrounding communities.
outside of the therapy space, i enjoy reading, music, watching sports, and spending time outdoors. i love being with the people who fill my cup, while also appreciating quiet time to recharge. you can usually find me enjoying a good cup of coffee, trying a new restaurant, taking in a midwest sunset, or spending time on my yoga mat.
every person is unique, and your care needs may not be perfectly listed. that's okay, if you have a question about what may be the best fit for you, please contact us!
